Meet our Founder
Ellie Boulstridge founded Chiron Consulting after a 15-year
career spanning management consultancy, Sales & Marketing
and luxury hospitality.
Ellie began her career at Capgemini before moving into travel and hospitality, where she has worked with brands including Mr & Mrs Smith, Aman Resorts, Ampersand Travel and Vana.
She has visited more than 600 hotels across 45 countries and has been featured in the Financial Times, How To Spend It, National Geographic and The Sunday Times Travel Magazine.
Her expertise extends into arts and culture, which shapes her eye for design, heritage and storytelling. She has delivered high-profile events in London and Paris, managed international logistics for The Al Thani Collection during its development and early exhibitions, and worked with Fondation Orient-Occident and the Fiermonte Museum. She studied for an MA in Art History and Archaeology from SOAS.
Half English, half French and raised internationally, Ellie brings 15 years of experience, commercial insight and a practical approach to helping clients solve problems and grow their businesses.
